We offer a bespoke wedding service and can tailor our packages to suit your wedding.


We can provide a selection of extras to accompany your hog roast including canapés and side dishes as below:



  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare roast beef and horseradish cream
  • Scottish smoked salmon and cream cheese and dill on oat biscuits.
  • Roasted baby new potato jackets with soured cream and chive.
  • Melba toast with Ardennes pate and caramelised red onion chutney.


Side Dishes

  • Chargrilled vegetable and cous-cous salad with chilli oil
  • Mix leaf salad with black olive, feta and sweet cherry tomato with basil vinaigrette dressing.
  • Cheese and pepperoni pasta salad (good for children).
  • Red pesto pasta
  • Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable pasta salad
  • Classic coleslaw with red cabbage
  • Plain new potatoes with garden mint and chives
